Hi, Matt is my name. I am a 35 year old professional. I work in IT Recruitment and have my own business. I like to keep fit and active with yoga, running, playing sports etc 2-4 times a week (sometimes more). When I'm not working I'm catching up with friends, family etc or relaxing at home. I'm always up for a chat and have a meal with my housemate once a week or happy to do my own thing. I'm pretty flexible and looking for someone who is similar.
I’m living in a reasonably modern 2 bedroom apartment in Port Melbourne. This apartment complex is approx 10 years old. The apartment itself is in very good condition. The apartment has floor boards in the living areas, tiles in the wet areas and carpet in the bedrooms. It comes with a dishwasher, heating and cooling, TV, couch, kitchen appliances – you really only need to furnish your bedroom.
The bedroom is relatively square. The cupboard space is good with 2 large floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors. A queen size bed fits into this room comfortably. There would be enough room for bed side tables. A chest of draws would also fit into this room. This is a great room to sleep in but unfortunately there are no windows in this room.
The standard bills are payable - electricity, gas (free), water, internet. If you aren't interested in using the internet it's fine otherwise we should split the bills 50/50.
I have 2 cats who are about 4 years of age. One of the cats is pretty shy but harmless, the other cat is friendly but will keep to herself unless you show her affection. They're not the type of cats who meow a lot or harass people. They're short haired cats too and don't leave much hair around.
